Terms of System
Operational agreements and liability limitations for the Evantics framework.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, or using the Evantics platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of System. Evantics provides a client side digital drafting and local encryption tool designed for independent use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the software.
User Responsibility and Data Loss
Evantics is an offline, client side application. We do not back up your data. All data is stored locally on your specific hardware. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for keeping backups of your work. Furthermore, because our hmarx vault utilizes strict AES 256 client side encryption, losing your password means permanent and irreversible loss of your encrypted data. Evantics cannot recover lost passwords or decrypt files on your behalf. We accept no liability for data loss due to hardware failure, browser cache clearing, lost passwords, or user error.
Intellectual Property Rights
Your Property: You retain 100 percent ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights to any text, manuscript, or data you create, process, or encrypt using Evantics.
Our Property: The Evantics software, including its codebase, UI UX design, branding, and the hmarx ecosystem architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of Refivenine. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, and non transferable license to use the software for its intended personal and professional drafting purposes.
Limitation of Liability
The Evantics platform is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Evantics, Refivenine, or any affiliated developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the software. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
