Privacy Covenant
Most privacy policies explain how a company collects, uses, and sells your data. Evantics operates on a fundamentally different architecture. We do not collect your data because we physically cannot.
1. Absolute Zero Telemetry
Evantics operates under a strict zero telemetry mandate. We do not track, monitor, record, or transmit your usage data. There are no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no behavioral monitoring scripts hidden in the EvanticsStudio drafting environment. Your creative process is entirely your own business.
2. Local Data Storage and Cryptography
All manuscripts, notes, and assets created within Evantics are stored exclusively on your local device using your browser native IndexedDB and LocalStorage capacities. When you use our Cryptographic Vault, your data is secured with the Web Cryptography API and AES GCM client side encryption. Because the encryption and decryption processes happen entirely on your local machine, Evantics and Refivenine never possess your encryption keys. We cannot bypass your passwords, and there is no key recovery mechanism. If you lose your passphrase, you permanently lose access to your secured documents.
3. Third Party Infrastructure
To make Evantics accessible to you, the static application files like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images are delivered via Firebase Hosting. We use this infrastructure strictly as a content delivery network to serve the application to your browser so it can be installed offline. We do not use Firebase Databases, Authentication, or Analytics to process user data.
4. Cookies and Session Management
Evantics does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any local session data or tokens generated by the application are strictly functional. They exist solely to maintain your active drafting environment, manage your encrypted vault sessions, and ensure the Progressive Web App operates seamlessly offline.
Our Guarantee
We do not know who you are. We do not know what you write. Evantics is engineered to keep it that way.
